Mannheim Steamroller Concert

Jim and I enjoy attending Christmas plays, parades or some type of show.  This year we got tickets to see the Mannheim Steamrollers at Freedom Hall. We sat in the middle on the sixth roll back - perfect seats! Jim was afraid he would get bored since he isn't the music lover I am, but said it was awesome and he really enjoyed it!  I was amazed at the talent this group had! They received a standing ovation so they played one last song - Silent Night! It was truly beautiful and definitely puts you in the Christmas spirit!

 

 

The Polar Express

Jim and I took Elizabeth and mommy and daddy on the Polar Express! We had such an awesome time! We rode on the First Class train so we could get the full experience.

USAF Color Guard

Sean is in the USAF Color Guard and loving it. He had to present the flag to an elderly lady at a funeral and he said it was very emotional. This is what he said about that day,  "I wouldn't say that it upset me. It just hit me, emotional, really hard. It was an experience that I'll never forget but would love to do again."
